Educator, author, and international expert on neurodiversity
Dr. Perry LaRoque is an educator, author, and international expert on neurodiversity. He is the founder of Advancing Neurodiversity International, Mansfield Hall, Virtual Hall, Canopy College Coaching, and Oak & Ivy in London. Through his consultancy and programs, he partners with universities, schools, and global organizations to implement evidence-based neuroinclusive practices that empower individuals to succeed in learning, work, and life.
Dr. LaRoque is the author of Taking Flight: The Guide to College for Diverse Learners and Non-Traditional Students and the forthcoming Paving the Runway: Preparing Your Child with ADHD, Autism, and Learning Differences for Life Beyond High School. His work blends academic research, practical innovation, and decades of experience supporting neurodiverse students and professionals worldwide.

Léa Jacquot-Benson

Sustainability Manager at Considerate Group
Léa Jacquot-Benson is a responsible tourism and ESG specialist who works with hospitality groups, destinations, and travel brands to embed ethical, inclusive, and sustainable practices into operations and strategy. She is Sustainability Manager at the B-Corp certified Considerate Group, advising hotels and tourism bodies on impact measurement, responsible operations, and governance.
Léa also runs an independent consultancy supporting smaller travel organisations to develop inclusive, community-centred approaches to tourism. With a background in Responsible Tourism Management and extensive experience designing training, accessibility frameworks, and destination strategies, she will lead PRISM’s hospitality and tourism pillar—developing certification criteria, audit processes, and the business case for neurodiversity-inclusive tourism.
She is driven by a vision of a tourism ecosystem where every traveller feels recognised, supported, and genuinely welcomed.

Founder and MD of LuxePrivé
Namai Bishop is the Founder and Managing Director of LuxePrivé, an award-winning luxury lifestyle and bespoke travel design agency serving UHNW individuals and global family offices across London, the USA, and the UAE.
A 2025 CODE Hospitality Women of the Year awardee, she is a leading advocate for inclusivity and non-visible disability travel, speaking at industry events including Small Luxury Hotels’ Global Conference, Preferred Hotels’ Global Forum, and Icons of Inclusion.
Namai is also CEO of CityEA, supporting the travel and off-site needs of EA and PA C-Suite networks in top financial, legal, and ambassadorial sectors, and a dual-jurisdiction IP lawyer advising on brand strategy.
She is International Editor of Chef Magazine and Director of Zowmelier, curating wellness-focused no/lo beverage programs for hospitality.
